For this project, I collaborated with Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Tennessee to design a site-based poster and flyer aimed at recruiting new members. The primary objective was to create visually engaging materials that highlighted the organization's mission while capturing the essence of East Tennessee. The design incorporated local imagery and themes to resonate with the community, while effectively promoting volunteer opportunities and the impact of mentoring.
For this project, I utilized both Photoshop and Illustrator to create the final design. I began by using Photoshop to carefully mask the image in the flyer, placing the Big Brothers Big Sisters logo behind the figures to create a dynamic, three-dimensional effect that made the people appear to "pop" off the page. Afterward, I worked in Illustrator to refine the layout, adjusting the positioning of the provided line assets and experimenting with different compositions to ensure the design was visually balanced and engaging.
